Another Filipino talent was discovered by the Pilipinas Got Talent on it’s mission of discovering Filipino talents from around the Philippines and giving a chance to showcase their talent on national television. Jezeil Dimagna-ong came from Siquijor Island and auditioned in Cebu for the Season 3 of Pilipinas Got Talent.
Jeziel sung one of the popular song by the American band the Journey during his audition. The three judges were amazed with the way Jezeil rendered the song “After All These Years” with ease. According to Judge Kris Aquino, she was hoping that his video on YouTube will be seen by many people for he got the international voice.
Jeziel Dimagna-ong was a 36-year-old government casual employees from Siquijor. He traveled 7 hours from Siquijor just to attend his audition held in Cebu. During his performance the audience asked for more songs which he granted. He was the son of Betty Pamaong Dimagna-ong…and (deceased) Yoyo Elly Dimagna-ong
The second song was not shown on Pilipinas Got Talent but he sung the song entitled “The Search Is Over” by the Survivor after the audience were asking for one more song. Jeziel used to be a lead vocalist of the band “Island Melody Band” from Lazi, Siquijor.
